Return Policy
The "Miracle lift" is shipped fully assembled. The shipping weight is 46 lbs. We ship daily from our facility in Pennsylvania.

We ship daily on a first order received to next order out.

We are the "American Manufacturer" and have been building and shipping the "Miracle Lift" for over 27 years!!
​
We ship UPS Ground. We ask at time of order that we are provided with an email so has to have UPS provide a "Tracking Number".
​
Upon rececipt of order, we will send out an email and ask that purchaser verify the shipping address. This is done to insure that you are the intended purchaserer and the shipping address is correct.
​
All orders will require an adult signature for delivery acceptance.
Orders cannot be re-routed during shipment.
Within 30 days of receipt of the "Miracle Lift", if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, simply call our toll free number to request a "RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER".

A "RA Number" is necessary for acceptance of return at our facility.
​
Return the "Miracle Lift" in the original box with all the necessary components.
​
It is important that the return package is securely packed with no loose components in the box to cause return freight damage.
​
Once we receive the return, an inspection of the "Miracle Lift" will take place. This is why we stress all components be returned and returned unit is securely packaged to prevent return freight damage. Return freight damage will reduce the refund.
​
After unit has passed inspection, a refund will be issued.
​
"A COMPANY REFUND CHECK" WILL ISSUED AND MAILED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.
​
All refunds are subject to a 20% restock fee...freight in both directions is the responsibility of the purchaser.
